Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
